Many thanks to infotravelbatam for their good service on our one day tour to Batam. The lady driver was waiting for us upon our arrival at Batam Centre promptly and brought us tour around Batam all day long. The seafood lunch is very sumptuous and worth for price. Will surely engage their service again next time. 👍

Easy n convenient response from admin. Basically like 24hr contactable. They will cater to your needs . Not hard selling of going to places that we don't feel like going. Transport is punctual when picking. Guides can speaks Chinese and will help us around.im really impressed with the express check in service.

Contacted the tour agent, Ryan for a 4 days and 3 nights tour to Batam. I was very confused to what I want for the trip. He was very patient and made many adjustments to the quotation. Very prompt communication and advice on our trip before departure from Singapore to Batam and Batam back to Singapore. The tour guide, Rendy who brought us around was also very friendly and efficient. It was an enjoyable trip.

Thank you Info Travel for arranging our wonderful Chinese New Year trip to Batam. Ryan was friendly, efficient & very responsive to my queries. He cordi ated all my requests well and helped plan a smooth & enjoyable 3D2N itinerary for us. Everything was well organized from start to finish The Hotel was new and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The driver was skilled and drove safely throughout the trip which made us feel at ease. The vehicle is clean too. Our guide, Ms Yuna was pleasant, cheerful and patient. She carried out her duties professionally and ensure we were well taken care of. Although were unable to visit Puncak & Barelang bridge due to the rain, she thoughtfully suggested bringing us to enjoy some fun 3D photo activities instead which we appreciated. The meals included in the package were good & satisfying. Overall, we had a smooth & enjoyable trip. Would recommen Indo Travel & would gladly engage their service again for our next visit to Batam.

He was responsible, patient, enthusiastic, thoughtful, and very attentive. The food was delicious too. First-class service all the way. Highly recommended!
